Data is used to link to external platforms for managing contact with clients (such as appointment booking). All Caring Human's data is stored electronically. Browsing data is from this website is collected for analytics. Data privacy law allows this as part of my legitimate interest in understanding my clients and delivering the best possible service.


HOW I PROTECT YOUR PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA


Identifiable sensitive personal data is held on a secure clinical platform. It is a secure platform meaning it is highly unlikely that your data can be accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed.


HOW LONG WILL I KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA?


I will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes I collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. By law I have to keep basic information about my clients (including contact, identity, financial and transaction data) for six years after they cease being customers for tax purposes. After his period, data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.


WHO DO I SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA WITH?


I may at times share your personal data with third parties I work with such as a secure online clinical data management platform which uses an online booking system.
